The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using u2ewallet is lawful in your jurisdiction. u2ewallet does not represent that its services are legal, appropriate, or available for use in all locations. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person and must not be subject to any court order, guardian arrangement, or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
Age Verification: u2ewallet reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age and identity. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. u2ewallet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.
u2ewallet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is approved, players must submit satisfactory identity documentation, which may include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be suspended.
Malaysian players may register accounts denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The account currency selected at registration cannot be changed after the account is created. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in the account's designated currency.
Your u2ewallet account is for your personal recreational use only. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for other players, accepting bets on behalf of third parties, or any form of business activity, is strictly prohibited.
u2ewallet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any aspect of the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. u2ewallet is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures on your end, including but not limited to connection drops, device malfunctions, or software incompatibilities.
The availability of specific games, betting markets, and features on the Platform may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change at u2ewallet's discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or service at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or operational reasons.
u2ewallet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the deposit page. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Players are encouraged to check current limits within their account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. u2ewallet aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; standard bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
Where technically possible, u2ewallet will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy supports anti-money laundering compliance and player fund security. Where the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made subject to additional verification.
All transactions for Malaysian players are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). u2ewallet does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside u2ewallet's control.
u2ewallet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Players must not use the Platform as a vehicle to transfer, clean, or obscure the origins of funds obtained through unlawful activity. Any deposit made to an account that is subsequently withdrawn without significant wagering activity may be subject to review and withholding pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by u2ewallet are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, a bonus with a stated 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before withdrawal eligibility is established — for example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in cumulative wagers.
u2ewallet reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Participation in the u2ewallet VIP programme is subject to monthly verified wagering turnover thresholds. Tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are reviewed on a monthly basis and are subject to change. u2ewallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
u2ewallet reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. In the event of a system error or technical fault that results in a bet being accepted incorrectly, u2ewallet reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the player.
In the event that odds, game RTP figures, jackpot amounts, or any other material information is published in error (a "palpable error"), u2ewallet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets.
All sports betting activity on u2ewallet — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other markets — is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Moneyline, and accumulator bet rules are detailed within the sports betting section of the Platform. Settlement of bets follows official match results from recognised governing bodies.
Live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Sic Bo are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed will be settled according to the outcome of that round. u2ewallet is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
Maximum winnings per bet, per session, and per day may apply and vary by game type and player tier. Where a maximum winnings limit applies, any amount exceeding that limit will not be paid out. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or sports market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on u2ewallet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the u2ewallet Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, sound, and video — is the intellectual property of u2ewallet or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited personal licence to access and view Platform content for the sole purpose of using the gaming services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from u2ewallet.

u2ewallet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable licensing obligations or law enforcement.
Upon suspension or closure of an account, access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Pending withdrawals will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of anti-money laundering checks. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, u2ewallet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance including both real money funds and bonus funds.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling purposes may do so through the account settings or by contacting support. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u2ewallet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
u2ewallet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. u2ewallet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any game outcome, odds quotation, or information published on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which u2ewallet holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
